The GovTech project is designed to strengthen Egypt’s digital transformation of e-government, addressing national modernization priorities and international cooperation objectives. It will provide government institutions and the private sector with the knowledge, skills, and methodological foundations necessary to deliver effective, transparent, and citizen-oriented electronic services. Beneficiaries include public sector institutions, municipalities, businesses, and citizens, while society as a whole will benefit from more accessible and reliable digital public services.
The project is funded by the Lithuanian Development Cooperation and Democracy Promotion Programme and implemented in partnership with the Lithuanian Embassy in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
